TKI Office

The project included the complete exterior and interior renovation of an existing building. All of the exterior windows, doors and siding was replaced. The site was also landscaped and fenced to enhance the exterior appearance. In addition to the exterior works the entire interior was renovated and reworked to address exiting issues and create a pleasant working environment. All mechanical and electrical systems were replaced. Offices with custom built in desks were designed to be bright and spacious creating a positive environment, with colour and texture selection being important to achieve this. Places for people to gather and reflect were created as well as a full kitchen and gym facility. The wellbeing of the people using the space was pivotal to the overall design.
