MHPM Project Managers Inc. takes pleasure in providing this letter of recommendation for Tim Krogh Inc. (dba. TKI construction) (TKI)
MHPM acting as Owners Representatives worked with TKI as General Contractor on the new Mr. Lube Kelowna 3 Bay Servicing Facility project. The hard cost construction budget was approximately $1,000,000. All sub trades were under the direct control of TKI. The project included site civil ground works, utility services and construction of a new building to accommodate the Mr. Lube operation which included the following:
- Site works including grading, installation of drywells, utility services, paving and landscaping.
- Construction of a new 184 sq. m. building on three levels.
- The basement level contained the main mechanical space for the facility including numerous new and used oil storage tanks, material storage and three catwalks to allow servicing of the underside of vehicles.
- The main level is the customer entry for vehicle servicing. The area includes the open service pits, oil service stations, vehicle hoists, tire change machines and support spaces such as manager’s office, washroom and product storage.
- The top floor contains the owner’s office, staff lunch room and main electrical/communications/data room.
Working with TKI team members on this project I found them to be extremely professional and easy to work with. Their project staff worked well with MHPM, Mr. Lube owner and various staff handling any questions or concerns immediately and to the satisfaction of all. The project was completed on October 12, 2012 and Mr. Lube opened for business the same day.
Thave no hesitation in recommending TKI for other projects such as this.
