In the past year Melcor Developments Ltd. has developed a strong working relationship with TKI Construction, notably with our assets in Kelowna, B.C.
TKI completed a major redevelopment of our Richter Street building in Kelowna which included both an exterior facelift along with interior lobby and washroom upgrades this past summer. This project was seamless and provided a great finished product. We have most recently approved 2 more renovation projects, in both of our Kelowna assets, for TKI to complete.
TKI has always conducted themselves in a very professional and workmanlike manner, both on and off site. They have been great at communicating with Melcor as well as with their follow up on outstanding items. TKI has been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to continuing and building on the relationship we have formed.
