With his role as TKI’s Operations Manager and background as an experienced Superintendent, Vaughn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the TKI team. His involvement in various size construction management projects, including notable endeavors such as the YLW and YVR Airport expansions to the City of West Kelowna Multi-Sport Dome build, his versatility, and his ability to handle projects of different scales and complexities. Vaughn’s years as a site superintendent have contributed significantly to his depth of knowledge, giving the team a competitive advantage.
Vaughn oversees the operations for all TKI projects and plays a pivotal role from project initiation to closeout. His responsibility for quality control ensures that the team receives real-time feedback, enabling them to deliver high-quality builds to clients consistently. Vaughn’s leadership in numerous new construction and renovation projects, coupled with his Gold Seal Certification and Red Seal Carpentry Certification, further solidify his capability to lead the team effectively.
