Ashley comes to TKI with a variety of human resource skills and experiences. She loves exploring fresh, new and innovative ideas for HR administration and truly believes that everyone is more than an employee number. Ashley also endeavours to build genuine and respectful relationships with all members of the TKI work family as she helps them to navigate the world of work.

Although Ashley is new to the business of construction her enthusiasm to learn the industry has inspired her to take on other roles. She enjoys assisting the Project Management Team with the RFQ and RFP process and looks forward to expanding her knowledge in this area. She is excited to be a part of TKI Construction’s continued growth and achievements.
