Alysha brings a diverse background in Human Resources and Marketing to TKI. Before joining the team, she gained several years of experience in Human Resources across various industries, including third-party logistics, automotive, and hospitality. Alysha holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Business Management Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
At TKI, Alysha plays a key role in supporting both human resources and overall team operations. She is passionate about fostering a positive, collaborative workplace and strengthening team culture across the organization. Through her people-focused approach, she drives employee engagement and development while building a strong, cohesive team culture.
