Fiorella is a civil engineer currently completing a Master of Civil Engineering at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.
Originally from Peru, Fiorella has a background in civil engineering and construction management. She moved to Canada to continue growing professionally, expand her knowledge of construction practices, and gain new perspectives within the Canadian construction industry. She enjoys learning from new environments and collaborating with different teams.
Her experience includes cost control, quantity takeoffs, cost reporting, forecasting, project coordination, and the use of digital tools to support construction processes. She brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, with a continuous learning approach that helps her identify creative and practical ways to improve processes, enhance project coordination, and support project teams.
